Critical Path Institute (C-Path) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing human health by optimizing the development and approval processes for new therapies. C-Path collaborates with industry and academic professionals to advance methodologies in medical product development. As a prominent nonprofit committed to collaboration and data sharing, C-Path has significantly contributed to accelerating the availability of new treatments for patients.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Directors, Associate Directors, Scientific Directors, Project Managers, and fellow Project Coordinators within the department. This position is essential for organizing and facilitating virtual working groups and provides assistance to the Vice President and Executive Directors of each consortium. The role encompasses communication, coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless operational activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and maintain virtual and in-person meetings
- Coordinate follow-up on action items
- Organize and manage project documentation
- Assist with both internal and external communications
- Keep member rosters current
- Monitor project expenditures
- Arrange travel logistics as necessary
- Coordinate offsite meetings
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures
- Document insights and lessons learned
- Support company-wide administrative tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Experience in healthcare organizations is preferred
