Primary Responsibilities:- Uphold the core values of HSL Asset Management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the permitting and preconstruction phases.
- Set team objectives and ensure timely project completion.
- Create realistic timelines and manage financial resources effectively.
- Review and manage subcontract agreements.
- Ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate site inspections and implement safety protocols.
- Deliver comprehensive project updates and documentation.
- Comply with safety regulations and enforce safety measures on-site.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Proficient in generating reports using management software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of scheduling, estimating, and budgeting processes.
- Positive demeanor with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with local building regulations.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Completion of OSHA 10 Hour training (mandatory) and OSHA 30 Hour training (preferred).
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Capability to navigate job sites and lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- This is a full-time position, with potential for additional hours and weekend work as necessary.
- Punctuality and accountability are essential.
