  • Coordinate site inspections and implement safety protocols.
  • Deliver comprehensive project updates and documentation.
  • Comply with safety regulations and enforce safety measures on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficient in generating reports using management software.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, estimating, and budgeting processes.

Educational Background and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
  • Completion of OSHA 10 Hour training (mandatory) and OSHA 30 Hour training (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Capability to navigate job sites and lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
Work Schedule:
  • This is a full-time position, with potential for additional hours and weekend work as necessary.
  • Punctuality and accountability are essential.
