In 2001, we launched our Integrated Social Services Program, pioneering in this sector. Role Summary:
The People & Culture Recruiter plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand by attracting top-tier talent to our expanding organization. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to streamline recruitment efforts through the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to draw in candidates.
- Engage in recruitment events to promote our organization.
- Conduct interviews and present suitable candidates.
- Facilitate candidate assessments with the hiring team.
- Create recruitment materials and advertisements to attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates for current and future openings.
- Serve as a liaison and foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for small to mid-sized organizations.
- Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to advocating for clients in a respectful and empowering manner, supporting the mission of the Florence Project, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and record-keeping skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- A collaborative team player who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in computer applications, with advanced knowledge of MS365.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP or SPH certification is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR.
- Certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIM).
- Membership in the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals.
- Certification as a Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR).
Work Environment:
- Professional office setting requiring prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional walking, standing, and other physical activities.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and photocopiers.
- Regular travel between various office locations may be required.
