Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide behavioral support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, vocational, or in-home settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Conduct assessments and observations to identify individual needs and develop strategies for support.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral support techniques and strategies.
  • Document progress and activity, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • Two years of related experience in behavioral support or a related field.
  • Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment.
  • Knowledge of specialized populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury, or mental health.
  • Reliable, responsible, and caring nature with ability to work well with others.
  • Commitment to Sevita's mission and values.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance (if providing transportation).
