Position Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Security Specialist to provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center. This role involves a variety of administrative responsibilities essential for maintaining security protocols and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed correspondence and reports.
  • Manage information requests and assist in the administration of various security programs, including industrial, information, operations, personnel, and sensitive compartmented information.
  • Review and interpret security directives and departmental instructions.
  • Maintain security files and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of security policies, procedures, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate successfully within a diverse team environment.
  • Possess a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a general understanding of Department of Defense security operations.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a solid background in administrative support within security contexts, showcasing organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
