Position Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Security Specialist to provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks, including conducting research, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Support the administration of the organization's security programs, including industrial, information, operations, personnel, and sensitive compartmented information security.
  • Analyze and interpret security directives and instructions from various departments.
  • Maintain and manage security files and databases effectively.
  • Contribute to the formulation of security policies, procedures, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Collaborate successfully within a diverse team environment.
  • Maintain a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and possess a general understanding of Department of Defense security operations.
