Position Overview:
The HR and Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in providing essential administrative assistance to the Global Human Resources team within our organization.

Employment Type:

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate financial administration related to human resources, including the preparation of agreements and processing invoices.
- Assist with the onboarding process for consultants and respond to internal inquiries.
- Manage monthly salary payments for specific employee categories.
- Organize and maintain electronic personnel files, ensuring compliance with retention policies.
- Schedule meetings and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global HR team.
- Maintain filing systems for HR records, including job descriptions.
- Collaborate with Global Shared Services on HRIS tasks.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in office administration or human resources.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Capital Management Systems (HCMs) is advantageous.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of judgment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams.
