Job Description
This role involves working with dedicated individuals on a mission to enable large organizations to benefit from connected devices without fear of cyber attacks. As a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer, you will collaborate with various teams, including Operations, R&D, Solution Architects, Product, Customer Success, and others to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and ongoing development of our customers.
- Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Industry experience in Cyber Security, particularly network security or application security is required.
- Experience with enterprise customer accounts is required.
