We are currently seeking an experienced End User Support Technician to join our Dallas, TX team.This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working directly with end-users. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will work at an onsite customer facility in a VIP-heavy environment, emphasizing professionalism, competence, and timely responsiveness.
About the Role
- Provide direct End-User Computing support for users at all offices and remote sites, delivering outstanding customer service on all information systems used.
- Perform Request, Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes within Service Level expectations in Service Management tools.
- Deliver Service Desk ticketing, client response, and troubleshooting, maintaining a general understanding of corporate structure and business workflow to prioritize tasks and prevent incidents.
- Proactively communicate and deliver support at exceptional levels for VIP users, performing Mobile Device Management and Administrating Directory Services as assigned.
- Facilitate and maintain accurate IT Asset Inventories at major offices, supporting Infrastructure, Application, and Security Maintenance & Projects as required.
- Be flexible and willing to provide On-call support if required outside regular business hours on a rotational basis.
Requirements
- 5 years of direct customer IT support experience.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and learn quickly.
- Cisco phone experience and basic audio/visual knowledge.
- Basic Active Directory experience and networking fundamentals.
- Strong technical skills, effective communication, and a responsive attitude.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, effectively present information, and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where standardization exists.
