Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Aldridge. This role plays a critical part in supporting and resolving end-user issues in a timely and professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technically accurate, user-friendly solutions to basic end-user requests
  • Active Directory management
  • Printer and email issue resolution
  • Application support and new user creation
  • User offboarding and workstation/laptop builds
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
  • Maintaining high User Satisfaction levels
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products
  • Occasional on-site visits to perform tasks that cannot be completed remotely

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
  • CompTIA, Microsoft 365, Network+, or CCNA certifications are a plus

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
