We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide technical support to external clinician networks and internal employees. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving iOS and application-related issues, as well as providing assistance with ADP, OKTA, and other application issues on basic MacOS and Windows OS devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues via ticketing system, inbound and outbound calls, and email channels
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' technical problems
  • Escalate and manage tickets transferred to other departments
  • Document all interactions and updates in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the field

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or service desk environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as JIRA
  • Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
