About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sweve Tech Ltd. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, problem-solver, and a team player who can work independently in a remote setting. They will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Communication: Provide customer support and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution and Follow-Up: Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
  • Product Knowledge and Assistance: Gain a deep understanding of Sweve Tech's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.
