Position: Technical Support Analyst

Employment Type: Full-Time - Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Hours

Location: On-site, Chandler, AZ

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including expertise, experience, and educational background.

This role involves managing financial data associated with new and renewal loan applications, which may include lines of credit, commercial real estate, working capital, equipment financing, loans for business startups, and acquisitions that typically require government backing.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Completion of a Technical School Diploma or an Associate's Degree in IT Administration or Technology.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

1 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience.

Technical certifications are advantageous.

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily assessments of system backups for local sites and operational servers and network devices (including review and documentation).

2. Collaborate with Network Administrators to troubleshoot network connectivity, server, and VOIP challenges while ensuring accurate Active Directory entries for desktops.

3. Provide support for Office Suite and Outlook email applications on desktops, along with other company-approved desktop and mobile applications.

4. Serve as the first point of contact for all non-SAP applications.

5. Resolve hardware and software issues related to desktop and mobile devices.

6. Maintain incident and service tickets, preferably using Service Now.

7. Manage Configuration Items (CI) within the Computer Management Database (CMDB).

8. Offer support for production and office peripherals as necessary.

9. Act as a liaison between IT, operations, and engineering regarding machine network connectivity and IoT applications.

10. Update and maintain documentation for IoT devices related to network components and access information.

11. Ensure IoT and office devices are connected to the appropriate VLANs and networks.

12. Facilitate communication between the local business community and the broader IT organization, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.

13. Contribute to the execution of IT strategies and projects as the local IT project manager, aligning with the specific needs of the production site.
