Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common desktop applications, emphasizing accessibility in technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring inclusive collaboration.
  • Experience with device management tools like Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, with a focus on inclusive technology practices.
  • Ability to automate processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, enhancing efficiency for all users.
