Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, with a proven ability to engage with diverse user groups.
  • Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other standard desktop applications, emphasizing accessibility.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring inclusive collaboration.
  • Proficient in device management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, with a focus on inclusive technology practices.
  • Ability to automate processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, enhancing efficiency for all users.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, committed to equitable issue resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on cultural awareness and empathy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team, valuing all contributions.

Technical Skills:
