Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common desktop applications, emphasizing accessibility.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring inclusive collaboration.
  • Knowledge of device management through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, with a focus on inclusive technology practices.
