Administrative and Billing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Administrative and Billing Coordinator to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field calls from customers and team members, building rapport and resolving issues
  • Manage office administrative operations, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Create and organize estimates and billing packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Problem-solve and provide solutions to customers and team members
  • Improve office processes and organization, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Learn new skills and knowledge about the construction and building industry
