Job Title: Corporate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Signature Healthcare Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the construction department, including coordination and facilitation of project commencement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing calendar management tools.
  • Assist with research and data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative assistant capacity, preferably in a construction-related environment.
  • Superior organization and communication skills, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented team player with high levels of self-motivation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
