As a New Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities across the Southwestern USA region and the North East.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, with a minimum of 15 years of experience and 5+ years of experience selling within the Utilities Industry across the Southwestern region. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments, utilizing a solution selling model and a good understanding of customers' business initiatives and its implication on the process and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Southwestern USA region and the North East
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth in the Utilities sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Utilities industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers
