Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Director to join our team at Crestline Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our feasibility team and other departments to assess the financial viability of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our current business partners, including investors, brands, and analysts, to source management contract and hospitality investment opportunities.
  • Meet with business partners and build long-term business relationships with hotel ownership groups.
  • Lead the management contract and investment negotiations, in conjunction with our legal team and other departments.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for brokers, consultants, industry analysts, and others for sourcing potential acquisitions and deals.
  • Investigate and follow through on maximizing return-on-investment projects assigned by our Chief Financial Officer within our existing portfolio.
  • Attend major industry conferences and drive company marketing and public relations activities.
  • Engage with our executive team to develop strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university with a degree in Finance, Business, or Hospitality.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in business development and the hospitality industry.
  • Successful track record of negotiating complex, strategic deals at the corporate or regional level.
