Business Development Senior Manager

Peraton is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the growth of our Diplomacy and Justice account, supporting key government agencies such as the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Drug Enforcement Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government agencies and strategic teaming partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer needs
  • Develop and mature key relationships across federal government agencies
  • Manage resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities that align with the company's strategic campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 12 years of work experience, with 7+ years related to business development or capture with DOJ/FBI/US Courts and other federal agencies
  • Proven experience in business development with a successful track record of winning single award deals of $50M+
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to leverage Peraton's strengths and core values
  • High energy, integrity, strong business acumen, professionalism, and commitment
  • Highly effective communicator to all levels within the company and with clients
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in supporting and winning contracts across the Department of Justice and the broader federal civilian community
  • Current broad market relationships and proven experience building relationships with strategic teaming partners (prime and sub)
  • Ability to think strategically and operate independently

This role will report to the Sr. Director of Business Development for our Citizen Security & Public Service Sector (CSPS) and will be an integral member of the CSPS growth team, partnering with operational and functional leaders across the company.
