Role:

This role will involve leading high-impact projects in top-line strategy, M&A, market access, strategic planning, product, and portfolio strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful solutions to complex business challenges and engage in business development activities to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, lead, and negotiate strategic opportunities with new and existing clients to create and sustain a diverse book of business within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Hi-Tech industry.
  • Accurately forecast and achieve annually, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams and monitor growth.
  • Partner with the proposal team, gain closure on deals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Act as the lead on assigned accounts, maintaining existing relationships, developing, and nurturing new ones, setting the sales strategy.
  • Drive growth through hunting new opportunities and maintaining a hunter mentality.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years' of strong experience in selling consulting services into the Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, and Hi-Tech industry domains.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working for a Global Services Firm, Onshore/Offshore sales with a minimum of $5MM annual quota.
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship, and team-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
