We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HIROTEC AMERICA Team. This role is responsible for conducting the in-house payroll process by compiling payroll data, reviewing wages computed, and correcting errors to ensure accuracy. The successful candidate will also assist in the compilation of Payroll, Federal, State, and Benefit tax returns, as well as prepare periodic reports of monthly labor, earnings, taxes, and deductions.

In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting with the monthly general ledger closing, processing accounts payable invoices, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience processing in-house payroll and be proficient in a variety of accounting software packages, including Kronos, Solomon, Crystal Reports, and SQL database. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Five plus years of experience processing in-house payroll
  • Proficiency in a variety of accounting software packages, including Kronos, Solomon, Crystal Reports, and SQL database
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
