Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to students throughout the enrollment process, including admission, registration, and record-keeping.
  • Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with clerical duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and document processing.
  • Collaborate with the Counseling Department to support student appointments and schedules.
  • Process and maintain student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with college policies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of college programs, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned, including training and directing student workers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 24 college credit hours in Administrative Support Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
