Position Overview:

Reefer Peterbilt, a well-established family-owned dealership specializing in heavy-duty trucks, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Parts Counter Sales Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, organized, and eager to work collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience is not mandatory, although it is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts sales over the counter and via telephone.
  • Utilize electronic and internet-based parts catalogs to identify required components.
  • Check parts availability, locate, and retrieve parts as necessary, and manage orders for out-of-stock items to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products offered.
  • Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the parts department.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Self-driven with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Compensation & Schedule:

Hourly wage starting at $20, commensurate with experience.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation.

Requirements:
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record assessment.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, squat, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting at $20.00 based on experience.
