About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our ISV sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term strategy to grow our business with strategic ISV customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain broad relationships with C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams within our ISV customers.
  • Develop and manage opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Facilitate collaboration with extended resources to address the needs of our ISV customers.
  • Sell at the most strategic level within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources to support customer interests and advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
