Your Role
In the capacity of a Customer Success Manager, you will enhance the adoption, renewal, and utilization of the First Alert product among clients, while devising strategies to promote account growth and generate leads for the DoD Sales Team.
You are eager to merge your interests in technology, government, national security, and customer success to revolutionize how our clients implement and utilize First Alert.
The Opportunity
Broaden the reach and scale of First Alert adoption while ensuring successful outcomes for customers within your designated portfolio.
Collaborate with Client Engagement Executives to formulate and execute both short-term and long-term strategies for your portfolio to achieve business objectives.
Design and implement scalable initiatives that seamlessly integrate First Alert into customer workflows, aligning with their enterprise-level goals.
Partner with fellow Customer Success professionals to drive product adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
Establish and nurture relationships across your account portfolio through capability briefings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and regular engagement.
Act as a First Alert platform authority, ensuring customer interactions align with organizational goals and yield positive results beyond basic platform functionalities.
Gather customer feedback and effectively communicate recommendations for First Alert product enhancements to our engineering and product teams.
Utilize data-driven metrics and reporting to proactively identify and address risks and opportunities that influence retention and growth.
Successfully identify, qualify, and relay product integration opportunities.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management, or experience in implementing and leading military accounts, programs, or operations supporting senior military leaders.
Specific experience working with the public sector, particularly with the US Department of Defense and/or Federal Civilian agencies.
Knowledge and/or experience with publicly available information and the real-time alerting needs of public sector organizations, including military, law enforcement, or emergency management.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical clients within the Software/SaaS domain or senior military leaders and decision-makers.
A high level of accountability and the capability to independently manage multiple competing projects and deadlines.
