Job Description

Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is seeking a highly skilled Briefing Coordinator to support the company's mission to provide innovative solutions to the problems of today and tomorrow.

Job Summary:

The Briefing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating presentations, briefings, and other materials to support the company's clients and projects. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining presentation materials, including visual aids and technical documents
  • Coordinating with program managers and other stakeholders to gather information and requirements
  • Assisting with the development of program presentations and briefings
  • Creating and updating graphs, charts, and other visualizations to support meetings and reviews
  • Providing administrative support to the program team, including scheduling and coordination

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Briefing Coordinator will need to have:

  • Three to five years of recent and relevant experience in a briefing or writing position
  • Proven experience working in a high-pressure environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint

Clearance:

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Education:

BS/BA degree
