About the Role

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization at Amazon is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by working closely with Selling Partners to increase selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses. Our team innovates and invents across technology, processes, and people to improve the services we offer, increase selling partner engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall seller experience on Amazon.
  • Partner with multiple organizations to influence product roadmaps and create shared goals that enhance the seller experience.
  • Develop mechanisms to capture the Voice of Seller across a broad range of products and service offerings.
  • Establish new processes for multiple teams across Amazon to hear directly from SAS sellers.
  • Create a vision for SAS's Voice of Seller and develop a strategy that supports this vision.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of how seller feedback is captured and calculated across multiple systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the SAS team.
  • Advocate for improvements to systems and processes that benefit sellers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer support, program management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Track record of developing business plans with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and manage multiple projects and priorities across teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and technical teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with stakeholders and business customers.
  • Experience using data analysis and reporting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
