Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will act as a vital resource for marketing, analytics, and content across the Sales and Solutions divisions.

The successful candidate will be an organized multitasker, enthusiastic about supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with the team of Marketing Consultants (MC) and Management to foster new and existing business, driving significant growth for both clients and the station.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to MCs and Management while providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Work alongside MCs to address advertising clients' RFP requests and oversee the ad scheduling process.
  • Conduct research initiatives to assist MCs in promoting integrated solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Create tailored advertising solutions and relevant sales materials based on client requirements and market potential.
  • Accurately process customer account orders and billing details with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Oversee the creative process and campaign execution for both TV and digital solutions, including asset collection, production, and distribution.
  • Manage databases to proactively generate reports related to critical sales metrics and present insights to Sales and Management teams as necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by performing high-quality business and industry analyses, reporting findings to internal teams and external clients.
  • Support business objectives by alerting the sales team to upsell and account expansion opportunities.

  • Capacity to collaborate with teammates to understand, process, and achieve necessary outcomes for assignments while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Technologically adept, with the ability to navigate various internet and software platforms to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with digital reporting and analytical metrics.
  • Experience in marketing or advertising is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
