Job Overview

The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the orchestration and execution of promotional and communication strategies for the organization's offerings. This role may require occasional travel, estimated at 4-6 weeks annually.

  • Contributes to the formulation and execution of marketing initiatives for company projects and programs, encompassing trade publications, paid promotions, and internal communications.
  • Oversees trade exhibitions and other events, ensuring meticulous planning and execution.

  • Maintains and organizes marketing, sales, and service materials.

  • Assists in the branding and communication of promotional campaigns.
  • Helps draft press releases, articles, and various internal and external communications.
  • Provides timely and professional assistance to dealers, end users, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Participates in additional organizational projects and events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and interpreting complex information.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, video editing software, and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional writing skills for creating advertisements, reports, and various marketing communications.

  • Ability to effectively address inquiries from diverse groups, including management, clients, and the public.
