Core Duties Include:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities with a high degree of independence.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of email, social media, online, and direct mail campaigns, including strategy formulation, testing, creative development, reviews, milestone tracking, execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare abstracts and presentation materials for speaking engagements to showcase MSA's thought leadership.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials.
  • Manage marketing information systems, including Digital Asset Management (DAM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Support the strategy, development, and coordination of internal and external client events.
  • Design and manage campaigns that align with MSA's business objectives and strategic plans to foster new business opportunities.
