Commercial Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to enhance and support the operations of Wells Insurance. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships within the greater Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill region.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating the Commercial Insurance requirements of potential clients
- Building and nurturing client accounts while promoting additional products and services
- Collaborating with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes for clients
- Partnering with account managers and marketing teams to finalize proposals and identify suitable markets
- Creating and presenting comprehensive insurance program proposals
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
To excel in the Commercial Insurance Sales Executive position, candidates should possess:
- A valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
- A minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Insurance sales
- Knowledge of Risk Management, including MOD promulgations, loss analysis, and loss control assessments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams, including account managers, carriers, and claims adjusters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks
