Position Summary:

The Commercial Lines Account Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional sales support to Producers while ensuring outstanding customer service for our clients. This position demands a high level of independent judgment and discretion to maintain service excellence. The Account Manager will collaborate with Producers to facilitate the acquisition of new and renewal accounts, aligning with both agency objectives and individual Producer targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to review and process renewals, ensuring all necessary updates are accurately recorded in the management system.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in accordance with agency standards, ensuring all procedures are followed and information is easily accessible.
  • Collaborate closely with Producers to prepare essential client documents, checklists, and proposals.
  • Utilize support tools, including electronic tasks and renewal reports, to uphold an organized and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession or the ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment, with support provided for pre-licensing courses and exams.
  • Familiarity with AMS360 is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, located in a dynamic and supportive office environment.
