Commercial Insurance Sales Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Producer to join our team at USI Insurance Services. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for driving new business sales revenue growth of commercial business clients with sales of less than $10 million.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on our target market of companies with sales of less than $10 million.
- Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets.
- Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process and promoting USI's competitive differentiation.
- Demonstrate the technical knowledge necessary to communicate our solutions effectively to a non-insurance buyer.
- Develop relationships and achieve new business goals within a specific industry specialization.
- Systematically use CRM to support sales processes.
- Attend and actively participate in USI Industry Specialized Program, USI University, and USI Select ONE Academy.
- Obtain proper insurance licensing through the Industry Specialized Program and independent study.
- Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies.
- Positively and proactively represent USI in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events.
- Work collaboratively with the account management team and national/regional resources to maximize results.
- 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, including calling on senior executives and a track record of financial success.
- Current sales success within one of the following industries: Construction, Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, or Industrial.
- A personable, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized individual with a strong customer focus.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work with senior-level management and have a top-level executive presence.
- College degree preferred.
