About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC. As an Account Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional sales support to our producers and delivering first-class customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in line with Agency and individual Producer goals.
  • Provide service in support of Producer activities, including training and sales support.
  • Work with Producers to design and recommend proper proactive services and risk management programs to agency clients.
  • Communicate effectively with Producers and clients to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Ensure benchmarking is completed for new clients and agency impact is quantified annually.
  • Coordinate the implementation process of proactive services related to business improvement and hiring.
  • Meet directly with clients to negotiate and sell lines of insurance.
  • Assist with agency growth goals through lead generation of currently serviced clients.
  • Ensure Agency procedures are followed, and information is properly documented and maintained.
  • Assist in the development of strong personal relationships with clients and Producers.
  • Make proactive, regularly scheduled courtesy service calls to assigned accounts.
  • Quantify and prepare annual reports for clients, showing the agency's work and impact.
  • Assist in continuous development of service culture across the organization and in the community the agency serves.
  • Enhance the agency's internal processes to create a better customer value.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a respectful and professional tone.
  • Proficient with agency management systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to commit to, utilize, and follow Agency procedures while remaining adaptive and flexible to changing demands in a rapidly growing company.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
