We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC. As an Account Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional sales support to our producers and delivering first-class customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in line with Agency and individual Producer goals.
- Provide service in support of Producer activities, including training and sales support.
- Work with Producers to design and recommend proper proactive services and risk management programs to agency clients.
- Communicate effectively with Producers and clients to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Ensure benchmarking is completed for new clients and agency impact is quantified annually.
- Coordinate the implementation process of proactive services related to business improvement and hiring.
- Meet directly with clients to negotiate and sell lines of insurance.
- Assist with agency growth goals through lead generation of currently serviced clients.
- Ensure Agency procedures are followed, and information is properly documented and maintained.
- Assist in the development of strong personal relationships with clients and Producers.
- Make proactive, regularly scheduled courtesy service calls to assigned accounts.
- Quantify and prepare annual reports for clients, showing the agency's work and impact.
- Assist in continuous development of service culture across the organization and in the community the agency serves.
- Enhance the agency's internal processes to create a better customer value.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a respectful and professional tone.
- Proficient with agency management systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to commit to, utilize, and follow Agency procedures while remaining adaptive and flexible to changing demands in a rapidly growing company.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting responsibilities.
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
