Job Title: Channel Product Marketing Manager

At Adobe, we're seeking a highly skilled Channel Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive channel partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across our global channel route to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement channel go-to-market strategies to drive partner engagement and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to develop and implement channel partner programs, offers, incentives, and promotions
  • Establish sales asset needs, playbooks, and support sales asset development and set guidelines for sales asset utilization and deployment
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to optimize channel strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success of channel programs and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or go-to-market strategy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong result orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and roll up sleeves to manage execution
