About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Channel Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and enabling our channel through the creation of compelling enablement and marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive awareness and adoption of our Enterprise Strategy & Planning solutions among enterprise organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, creative campaigns, content marketing, and channel teams, to create engaging campaigns and programs that expand the business for Jira Align.
  • Craft and communicate the value proposition of our enterprise strategy and planning solution to channel partners and their customers, highlighting its significance in the market.
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing and Channel Management to identify, design, and implement new co-marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS companies with a high-touch sales model, focusing on enterprise customers.
  • 4 to 7 years of product marketing and channel-related experience, with a track record of success in messaging, content creation, and partner engagement.
  • Ability to simplify complex technology and inspire action through compelling storytelling.
  • Understanding of channel partner business models and the roles they play in solving and selling services with software products.
  • Experience in driving enablement for field teams and developing effective marketing strategies.
