Front Office Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Front Office Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our medical facility. This position involves welcoming patients, managing the check-in and check-out processes, collecting payments, confirming insurance details, handling phone inquiries, and organizing appointment schedules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome patients and assist them with the check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collect co-payments and verify insurance information to ensure accurate billing.
- Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed to support office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a front-office role within a healthcare setting. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent organizational abilities. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous. Experience in ENT practices is preferred, and familiarity with NextGen software is mandatory.
Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
