- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all information is shared in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or guest services role.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
