We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal to join our team at Youngblood Law, PLLC. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and clients by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our law office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documents are properly sorted and easily accessible.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of our lawyers, including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate law office activities, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers.
  • Research and Preparation: Conduct research on legal articles, prepare and organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, file motions, and assist with client meetings.
  • Client Communication: Work directly with clients to keep them informed of the status of their case.

Requirements:
