Position Summary

The Office Coordinator will offer comprehensive support to the parish Chief of Staff and assist the finance department as needed. This role involves working closely with the Chief of Staff on daily operations and initiatives, maintaining the parish schedule, managing financial documentation, and sourcing necessary materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Chief of Staff on various assignments
  • Oversee and update the parish schedule
  • Support bookkeeping functions
  • Source and procure authorized supplies and resources
  • Manage additional projects or tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a parish or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
