Regional Training Manager

The Regional Training Manager is tasked with overseeing and directing all educational initiatives within a specified area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing District Managers.
- Facilitate the professional development of field merchandisers.
- Ensure that all District Managers possess the necessary skills and maintain a consistent approach to effectively manage costs associated with various projects and personnel, ultimately driving profitability.
- Utilize both analytical and managerial skills to enhance the operational capabilities of District Managers in their daily field activities.
- Promote uniformity in processes with an emphasis on enhancing the execution of HR business practices.
- Design and present training materials aimed at:
- Achieving profitable outcomes through exceptional execution while controlling costs.
- Organizing and ensuring adequate staffing for all roles to meet project demands.
- Identifying performance trends and implementing corrective actions to boost sales.
- Monitor objectives, completion rates, company protocols, and performance benchmarks of field staff.
- Uphold high standards of quality from all associates consistently across regions.
- Assist in developing tools to pinpoint execution deficiencies and collaborate with senior leadership to create training resources for sustainable solutions.
- Engage positively with District Managers, Regional Managers, and Senior Leadership to meet customer expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Support and encourage employee development and growth.
- Participate in the creation and analysis of reports to evaluate the effectiveness of District Managers and their regions.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent supervisory/management experience. Candidates should have:
- A proven track record of success in their current role.
- A minimum of seven years of professional experience, including at least five years in mid-level leadership within a Merchandise Service Provider, retail, or CPG organization, with a strong focus on web-based tools and applications.
