Job OverviewThe Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall success of a single Counter Culture region. This role involves leading a team of sales and account managers, equipment technicians, and regional educators in achieving regional and company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales and account managers, regional educators, and equipment technicians to achieve revenue, retention, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the wholesale management team to set sales and retention strategies for the region and implement best-in-class technical services and professional education.
- Manage and hold accountable team members to ensure they meet performance expectations and contribute to regional success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Proven leadership and management experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in the coffee industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the specialty coffee market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A strong desire to lead, develop, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
