Senior Regional Performance Manager

**Job Summary:**
Urban Land Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Performance Manager to lead our Performance Management team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Direct and manage a team of Performance Managers to achieve business objectives, develop their skills, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including property management, resident relations, marketing, and leasing activities, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including property managers, regional directors, and corporate teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, and a strong understanding of property management operations and financial management.
