APAC Business Development Director

Specialized Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our APAC market expansion efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement long-term business strategies for the APAC market
- Collaborate with local teams to create and execute annual marketing and business plans
- Work closely with the retail team to ensure optimal product assortment and visibility
- Lead the regional product forecasting process
- Support the planning and execution of high-end watch boutique events
- Develop and execute after-sales and client service strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the watch and retail industry
- Strategic and commercial thinking
- Deep knowledge of the Japanese market and APAC market trends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
