About the Role

Riscure North America is seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Director to lead our government solutions efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities across the aerospace, defense, and government sectors. Your expertise in working with government agencies and the industrial base will be invaluable in defining, aligning, and executing a plan that drives success in this industry.

With a strong network of relevant connections and contacts, you will be able to thoroughly understand the Riscure portfolio of security services and security certifications. Your ability to identify and close new commercial opportunities will be crucial in driving revenue growth.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170,000-$250,000 USD, plus variable pay. Our flexible working environment, profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package make us an attractive employer for top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the aerospace, defense, and government sectors
  • Develop and execute a plan to drive success in the government solutions market
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and the industrial base
  • Thoroughly understand the Riscure portfolio of security services and security certifications
  • Identify and close new commercial opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in selling commercializing solutions in the aerospace, defense, and government industry
  • Familiarity with microelectronics security (hardware, software, firmware)
  • Existing network of relevant connections and contacts
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the Riscure portfolio of security services and security certifications
  • Identify and close new commercial opportunities
