Position Overview:

Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA) is on the lookout for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team. This role is essential in bolstering our marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and interview materials while efficiently managing proposal timelines and internal deadlines.
  • Advance our public relations and branding efforts by actively participating in website maintenance, social media engagement, press release creation, award submissions, and blog content development.
  • Contribute significantly to the design and execution of our marketing campaigns, particularly in the digital realm.
  • Conduct research and monitor project solicitations and leads.
  • Assist in organizing impactful special events, including conferences, trade shows, and client gatherings.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing team to enhance standard materials and optimize our marketing processes and resources, including our photo and project description libraries.
  • Utilize and maintain our company ERP/CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint) while driving innovation through process improvements.
  • Adopt an inclusive approach to content creation for both internal and external audiences.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • A foundational understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and a keen eye for design.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative work style that effectively engages with diverse individuals.
  • A demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and contributing to an inclusive workplace.
