Project Management Specialist II

MasTec Inc is currently in search of a Project Management Specialist II to enhance their team. The Project Management Specialist II will oversee small to medium-sized construction initiatives across diverse sectors, employing MasTec's Project Management Framework. This role involves providing direct assistance to various project teams, managing resources, addressing challenges, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, track, and communicate project progress
  • Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions
  • Assess risks and formulate mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies
  • Align team objectives and stakeholder relationships with organizational goals
  • Oversee additional resources allocated to projects

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with construction and utility sector practices
  • Proficient in Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent professional experience

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience

Compensation Range:

$86,000 - $145,500
