Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence projects in the realm of Artificial Intelligence to yield insights and recommendations for strategic marketing planning.
  • Guiding the development of actionable marketing strategies and insights to bolster strategic initiatives.
  • Designing effective intelligence and customer insight frameworks based on in-depth analysis of market dynamics, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Managing negotiations with research vendors and collaborating with various business units on research strategies.
  • Identifying critical industry challenges, analyzing trends, and converting obstacles into opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to tackle business challenges through targeted research initiatives.
  • Ensuring all research activities comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, particularly concerning data privacy.
  • Proposing innovative solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and making informed strategic decisions.
  • Acting as a functional leader, formulating strategies and establishing policies within the area of expertise.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Education & Experience
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically requires over 10 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related sectors.

  • Proficient in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, LVMs, and LMMs.

  • Skilled in competitive intelligence, customer insights, and thought leadership.
  • Strong cross-organizational capabilities including effective communication, results orientation, and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with digital fluency and customer-centric methodologies.
